Medicine in the Media Course

As of 2013, the Office of Disease Prevention (ODP) will no longer be sponsoring the Medicine in the Media course. Since its creation in 2003, the Medicine in the Media course has helped hundreds of journalists and editors develop the skills to evaluate and report on medical research. The ODP will continue to focus on its mission to improve the public health by increasing the scope, quality, dissemination, and impact of prevention research supported by the NIH. To learn more about the goals and activities of the ODP, visit the ODP Strategic Plan website. For information about other ODP-sponsored programs, see the Programs & Events page.
