Marlon Bankhead
Management Analyst
Marlon Bankhead joined the Office of Disease Prevention as a Management Analyst in 2019. In this role, he serves as the primary liaison to the Office of Administrative Management and Communications for high level administrative and project management activities. He also helps process human resource actions and supports budget activities.
Mr. Bankhead began his work in public health administration and operations coordination in 2007, as a contractor with Northrop Grumman, supporting the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). After several years as a contractor serving in a variety of positions throughout the CDC, Mr. Bankhead most recently worked as a Program Specialist contractor with Axiom Inc., supporting the Translation, Health Education, and Evaluation Branch within the Division of Diabetes Translation, where he coordinated the development of standard operating procedures, developed and submitted procurement requests, and provided strategic planning and projection coordination.
