Norma Minkoff

Public Health Analyst

Norma Minkoff joined the ODP in 2019. As a Public Health Analyst, she supports activities for several strategic priorities, including analysis of NIH investments in prevention research and the promotion of the best available methods in research. 

Ms. Minkoff has more than 25 years of comprehensive experience administering health research programs for observational and clinical research studies. With a focus on data quality assurance, she has managed field and site staff activities of ongoing collection and processing of associated data. Before joining the ODP, Ms. Minkoff supported program officials at several NIH Institutes, Centers, and Offices and investigators with ongoing inclusion of human subjects data for the National Institute of Mental Health Data Archive. 

Ms. Minkoff earned her M.S. in health sciences (with a focus on clinical research administration) from The George Washington University, and her B.A. in computer science from Plattsburgh State University of New York.
